Xyzios
Business software operated by Yoga on C LLC DBA Xyzios, San Diego, California.
Xyzios is software used by fitness and wellness businesses to report on their own operations. A business connects its own accounts, and Xyzios reads them to produce reporting for that business's own staff. It is used by business operators and their employees. It is not a consumer app, and members of a business do not sign in to it.
What the app does with Google data
At the request of the business that owns the account, Xyzios connects to Google APIs to:
- read that business's own Google Ads campaign performance — spend, clicks and conversions — for its internal reporting;
- read that business's own website traffic reports;
- read that business's own Business Profile listing performance and reviews, and publish replies or posts that a person at that business has approved.
How Google data is used
Data retrieved from Google APIs is used solely to provide reporting to the business that connected the account. We access only accounts that the business owns or has been granted access to, and only after that business authorises the connection. A business can disconnect at any time.
Xyzios's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell, rent or transfer Google user data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to train AI models. Access is limited to authorised staff of the business that connected the account.

Required to read the business's own Google Ads reporting — campaigns, spend and conversions. Used read-only; the app does not create, edit or pause campaigns.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly
Required to read website traffic reports for the business's own Analytics property. Read-only by definition of the scope.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage
Required to read listing performance, search terms and reviews for the business's own Business Profile, and to publish review replies and posts. Google offers no read-only alternative for this data. Nothing is published automatically — every reply or post is written as a draft and sent only after a person at the business approves it.
Data deletion
A business can disconnect a Google account at any time, from inside Xyzios or from its own Google account settings; we stop reading immediately and delete the data retrieved from it. Full detail, including how to have everything deleted, is on our Data deletion page.
