Xyzios Meta integration

Xyzios

Business software operated by Yoga on C LLC DBA Xyzios, San Diego, California.

Xyzios is software used by fitness and wellness businesses to report on their own operations. A business connects its own accounts, and Xyzios reads them to produce reporting for that business's own staff. It is used by business operators and their employees. It is not a consumer app, and members of a business do not sign in to it.

What the app does with Meta data

At the request of the business that owns the account, Xyzios connects to the Meta Graph API to:

Xyzios does not publish anything to Meta. It creates no posts, stories, comments or replies, and it creates, edits and pauses no ads. The integration is read-only in both directions of the word: it requests no publishing permission, and no code path in the product writes to Meta.

How Meta data is used

Data retrieved from the Meta Graph API is used solely to provide reporting to the business that connected the account. We access only accounts that the business owns or has been granted access to, and only after that business authorises the connection. A business can disconnect at any time.

We do not sell, rent or transfer Meta data. We do not use it to build advertising audiences or to target advertising. We do not use it to train AI models. We do not combine one business's data with another's. Access is limited to authorised staff of the business that connected the account.

Permissions requested

ads_read

Required to read the business's own advertising reporting — spend, results and daily breakdown for the ad accounts it authorises. Read-only; the app does not create, edit, pause or spend against campaigns.

instagram_basic

Required to read the business's own Instagram professional account — its username, follower count and media count — and the list of posts it has already published, with the engagement figures on each. Used to report on content the business itself posted.

instagram_manage_insights

Required to read account-level insights for the business's own Instagram professional account, such as reach and profile activity over a period. Despite the permission's name, Xyzios manages nothing on Instagram — this permission is Meta's only route to reading these metrics, and the app uses it to read them and nothing else.

pages_show_list

Required to find which of the business's Facebook Pages its Instagram professional account is connected to. An Instagram professional account is reached through its linked Page, so this is how the connection identifies the right account during setup.

pages_read_engagement

Required to read the link between the business's Facebook Page and its Instagram professional account, which is the field that yields the Instagram account identifier. The app reads no Page content and posts nothing to any Page.

Data deletion

A business can disconnect a Meta account at any time, from inside Xyzios or from its own Meta account settings; we stop reading immediately and delete the data retrieved from it. Full detail, including how to have everything deleted, is on our Data deletion page.
