Erin founded our studios. When we set out to grow them, we started the way you're supposed to: set a goal. Six months, real targets. Then came the homework — reports pulled one at a time from the booking platform, ad spend in one dashboard, leads in another, and the by-hand math: how many leads our team actually called, how many bought an intro, how many intros became members, how many members were quietly slipping away.
All of it on top of the day job.
All of it on top of actually running the studios — instructors, class schedules, the website, Google reviews, social, promotions. Even between the two of us it felt impossible, and we were supposed to be expanding.
Hire, or wait — or build the third option.
The honest options were hire more people or let the growth wait. So I built the third option: every number on one screen, goals with a tracked path, and the morning's work — the saves, the follow-ups, the failed payments — drafted by the time the doors open. It ran our own front desk and our own books before anyone else's, because we had to trust it with our revenue first.
Now the numbers work for us.
