What Mariana Tek’s built-in reporting is good at.
A system of record owes you a way to look anything up, and Mariana Tek’s does. Three things it does well, going by what its own site describes at the time of writing:
The vitals on one dashboard
As Mariana Tek’s own site describes it, the dashboard puts total sales, active memberships, intro offers, attendance, first visits, and utilization in one place, on real-time data. What happened in the room today is there.
Comparing locations and the market
Its multi-location pages describe brand-wide dashboards that drill down into each location, and a data library of local, regional, and national benchmarks. “How does my second studio compare” is a job the built-in reporting was designed for.
Getting a number out
Its analytics page lists exports, open APIs, and custom dashboards, and a business app with sales, studio stats, and instructor stats on your phone. “What was yesterday’s total” can be answered from the parking lot.

Every report answers one question well. The questions that run a cycling or HIIT studio usually need three reports, an export, and a decision — and that last step is the part nobody has time for. Where each one stalls, and what the board shows instead:

No report builder, no Sunday export — the board is already current when you open it, and the follow-up work underneath each number is already drafted for you to approve.

Nothing is written to Mariana Tek except what you tap or approve — a check-in at the front desk (and its undo), or a message you approved. What Mariana Tek owners ask about analytics.
Is this a Mariana Tek add-on?
No. Xyzios is an independent product and an approved Mariana Tek integration — which is why Mariana Tek can switch it on for your studio from their side. It is not sold or supported through Mariana Tek, and Mariana Tek stays your system of record for classes, memberships, and payments.
Do I need to change my Mariana Tek plan?
No. Xyzios works with the data your Mariana Tek account already holds on whichever plan you are on. The live board, the drafted follow-up, and the AI staff are Xyzios features — they don’t depend on which of Mariana Tek’s reporting or analytics options you use, and you can keep using those exactly as you do now.
Does anything change in my Mariana Tek account?
No settings change. Mariana Tek turns the integration on from their side after one support ticket, typically within about three business days, with nothing for you to configure. Nothing is written to Mariana Tek except what you tap or approve — a check-in at the front desk (and its undo), or a message you approved. Your members never see or log into anything new.
Can my front desk keep using Mariana Tek as usual?
Yes, exactly as usual. Spot booking, waitlists, check-in, class packs, retail, memberships, and payments all keep running in Mariana Tek. The Studio OS sits alongside it as the place you read the numbers and approve the follow-up work — nobody at the desk learns anything new.
How is this different from a dashboard I build myself?
A dashboard you build shows you numbers; you still have to notice what changed and do the work. The Studio OS shows the numbers with nothing to configure, ranks what deserves attention, and hands you the work already drafted by the AI staff — the save list, the failed-payment notes, the weekly brief — waiting on your approval. And it keeps itself current night and day, so nobody is re-exporting a spreadsheet on Sunday.
