I don’t need another report.I need the answer.
Xyzios is the Studio OS for boutique fitness — one live board for every number, goals that pace themselves, and an AI staff that drafts the daily work for your approval. It works with Mindbody: your Mindbody site stays the system of record, and the Studio OS turns what it already holds into answers and finished work. Nothing about how you run Mindbody changes.

What Mindbody’s built-in reporting is good at.
A system of record owes you a way to look anything up, and Mindbody’s does. Three things it does well, going by what its own reporting page describes:
Looking up the record
Sales by date range and product type, revenue by service or location, attendance down to the check-in and the no-show. When you need the exact figure behind one transaction or one client, it’s there.
Running payroll and inventory
Hourly pay, commissions, tips, and stock levels are operational jobs, and Mindbody’s reporting page lists them as things it handles. The Studio OS doesn’t replace any of that.
Getting a number out
Reports export to common formats — Mindbody’s reporting page names CSV and PDF — and its business app lets you check sales from your phone. If the question is “what was yesterday’s total,” you can answer it from the parking lot.
The questions the reports don’t answer on their own.
Every report answers one question well. The questions that run a studio usually need three reports, an export, and a decision — and that last step is the part nobody has time for. Here is where each one stalls, and what the Studio OS puts on the board instead.
| The owner’s question | The report(s) you’d open | What’s still missing | What the Studio OS shows |
|---|---|---|---|
| Am I making money this month? | Sales by date range; membership revenue; payroll | The ad spend and the books live elsewhere — the margin is a spreadsheet you build | Revenue, ad spend, and payroll on one line, paced against the month’s goal |
| Where do new members come from? | First visits; memberships sold; a source field, if the desk filled it in | The ad click, the intro, and the membership are three records nobody joins | Every new member traced to the channel that produced them, with cost per lead by channel |
| Who is fading? | Attendance by client; last-visit lists | A list of names is not a save — someone still has to notice, decide, and write | A ranked at-risk list with the outreach already drafted, waiting on your OK |
| Which intros will convert? | Intros sold; memberships sold | The conversion between them — by offer, by cohort, by expiry date — is manual math | Intro-to-member rate by cohort, plus which intros expire this week and haven’t been contacted |
| Which classes pay for themselves? | Class fill and utilization; payroll by staff | Fill and pay are two reports — the margin per slot never appears on either | Fill rate against the instructor cost of the slot, honestly compared across locations |
| Which failed payments are still open? | The list of auto-pays that didn’t go through | Whether anyone followed up, and whether the dollar came back | Every miss as a case with a drafted note, an aging list, and the recovered-revenue ledger |
Report areas are described by the job they do, as Mindbody’s public reporting page lists them — menu names and packages change between plans and versions. See the seven Mindbody reports owners actually need for the same list from the other side.
One live board instead of a report queue.
The six questions above sit on one screen, refreshed through the day and ranked into what deserves attention first. No report builder, no saved filters, no Sunday export — the board is already current when you open it, and the follow-up work underneath each number is already drafted.
Ask a question in plain English — “which intros expire this week?” — and Xyzi answers from your own numbers, with the list attached. The figures on the right are the site’s demo studio, so you can see the shape of it before you connect anything.
What Xyzios reads from Mindbody.
With your permission, the Studio OS reads what your Mindbody site already holds. Nothing here is new data entry — it’s the record you already keep, finally working together.
What it reads
- Members and their memberships
- Visits and attendance
- Sales — memberships, packs, intros, retail
- Failed-payment status on auto-pays
- Leads and first visits
How often
Night and day. Changes land on the board as they happen, and a daily deep read reconciles the whole picture so the morning numbers are the numbers. Nobody re-exports anything.
What is written back
Only what you tap or approve — a check-in at the desk, a message you OK’d. No settings change, nothing sends to a member without your approval, and payments keep running in Mindbody exactly as they do today. When an auto-pay misses, Mindbody keeps handling the charge; the Studio OS spots the miss and drafts the note. How failed-payment recovery works →
What Mindbody owners ask about analytics.
Is this a Mindbody add-on?
No. Xyzios is an independent product that works with Mindbody — it is not sold, installed, or supported through Mindbody. You connect your own Mindbody site to the Studio OS with your permission, and Mindbody stays your system of record for classes, memberships, and payments.
Do I need Mindbody’s top plan for this?
No. Xyzios works with the data your Mindbody site already holds on whichever published plan you are on. The live board, the drafted follow-up, and the AI staff are Xyzios features — they don’t depend on which of Mindbody’s reporting or analytics packages you subscribe to.
Does anything change in my Mindbody account?
No settings change. Nothing is written to Mindbody except what you tap or approve — a check-in at the desk, a message you OK’d — and your members never see or log into anything new. Disconnect any time and your Mindbody site is exactly as it was.
Can my front desk still use Mindbody as usual?
Yes, exactly as usual. Booking, check-in, retail, memberships, and payments all keep running in Mindbody. The Studio OS sits alongside it as the place you read the numbers and approve the follow-up work — nobody at the desk has to learn a new tool to keep the room running.
How is this different from a dashboard I build myself?
A dashboard you build shows you numbers; you still have to notice what changed and do the work. The Studio OS shows the numbers with nothing to configure, ranks what deserves attention, and hands you the work already drafted — the save list, the failed-payment notes, the weekly brief — waiting on your approval. And it keeps itself current night and day, so nobody is re-exporting a CSV on Sunday.
Xyzios is independent and unaffiliated — Mindbody is a trademark of Mindbody, Inc. Xyzios works with the data your own Mindbody site already holds, with your permission. More on the connection itself, and on what a missed auto-pay looks like from the Mindbody side: Xyzios for Mindbody studios and the note on Mindbody failed payments.
Mindbody has the record. The Studio OS has the answer.
